To ensure fair access to appointments and maintain high-quality care for all our clients, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As many of our appointments are long and booked weeks in advance, late cancellations often cannot be filled at short notice.

We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are made with as much notice as possible.

Cancellation fees

• Cancellations within 2 business days of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 80% of the scheduled service fee.
• Late cancellations within 24 hours and non-attendance (no-show) will incur the full service fee.

Unexpected circumstances

We understand that illness and unexpected emergencies can occur. If this happens, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. A fee waiver may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
